Chief Technical Officer

Farah-Nelhy Momprévil is a physician and senior public health executive with over 17 years of experience leading complex health programs and strengthening health systems. She has provided strategic and technical leadership in infectious diseases, malaria elimination, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, nutrition, and emergency response. Her expertise includes program design, institutional capacity building, quality improvement, supply-chain oversight, performance management, and data-informed decision-making. She has collaborated with government agencies, international donors, and development partners to implement large-scale health initiatives across Haiti.
